What is Gift Aid?

Gift Aid does not cost you a penny more, but can add an additional 25p to every £1 you donate. When International Aid Charity UK receives a donation from a UK taxpayer, we're entitled to claim an amount of tax (calculated at the basic rate of income tax in that year) paid on that donation. VIP WINTER DRIVE – JAN 2023

It’s winter and we are cold, we are reversing our use of heating to save on energy cost, however there are those much less fortunate who have no heating at all this winter. No homes, no shelter and no food.

Seeing the plight of the Syrian people makes everyone’s heart break. It is a situation which is ignored by the world over and has been swept under the carpet but that doesn’t mean it is not there. It is one of the most brutally violent situations of war in the world today, where there is no differentiation between civilians and combatants, children and adults.

Many have fled the country and many are left still suffering due to the lack of medical aid and many die suffering.

I plan to travel to Hatay. Hatay is a southern Turkish province on the Mediterranean coast, bordered by Syria to the south and the east to hand deliver aid to people who need it most this winter.

I ask, friends, family and well wishers to help with this plight; give any amount you can, no amount is too big or too small.

The Syrian people will forever keep you in their prayers!
