Snowstorms Are Devastating Northern Syria's Camps. Your Donation Delivers Heating Now.
Tonight, families in Idlib's displacement camps are freezing. The snowstorm has buried their tents. They have no heating. No way to stay warm. Children are shivering through the night.
You can change this.
Your donation delivers solid coal heating to families in northern Syria's camps who have no other way to survive the deadly winter.
1,000 Families Face Deadly Cold with No Heating
The 2026 snowstorm hit northern Syria's displacement camps without warning. Families who already lost everything to war and earthquakes now face a new crisis: freezing temperatures with no heating.
These are not permanent homes. These are tents. Makeshift shelters. Structures never designed for winter, let alone snowstorms.
One mother in an Idlib camp huddles with her four children under thin blankets. The tent offers no protection from the wind. She has no fuel. No heating. She prays they survive until morning.
Orphanages, care homes, and healthcare facilities are also without heat. The vulnerable, the injured, persons with disabilities, widows, and orphans are trapped in freezing conditions.
You Deliver Life-Saving Heating to 1,000 Families
IAC is delivering 100,000kg of solid coal to families in northern Syria's displacement camps. Each family receives 100kg of coal to heat their shelter through the winter.
We are also delivering heating assistance to orphanages, widows shelters, care homes, and healthcare facilities where the most vulnerable are suffering.
Our project team has prepared a verified list of beneficiaries targeting the most vulnerable families: those affected by the 2023 earthquakes, injured individuals, persons with disabilities, orphans, widows, and families living in extreme poverty.
Distribution began on 2 January 2026 with 20,000kg already delivered. We are continuing distributions to reach all 1,000 families.
Because of You, Families Survive the Winter
Because of you, a mother can light a fire and warm her children. A family sleeping in a frozen tent can finally feel heat. An orphanage can keep vulnerable children safe through the deadly cold.
Your donation doesn't just provide temporary comfort. It saves lives. Freezing temperatures kill. Your heating assistance ensures families survive this winter.
