Lebanon Food Appeal

What is happening in Lebanon?

Since conflict escalated in March 2026, thousands of families across Lebanon have been forced to leave their homes, especially in the south of the country. Many have lost their income along with everything else, and food and fuel prices keep rising.

The latest UN-backed food security analysis estimates that 1.24 million people, nearly one in four, can't reliably put enough food on the table. In the hardest-hit southern districts, it's more than half of all families.

Parents are cutting back on meals and relying on cheaper, less nutritious food just to get by. For many, a food parcel is what gets them through the month.

Feed a family this month

At IAC-UK, we are responding by providing emergency food parcels designed to sustain a family of five for an entire month. Each parcel contains essential food items that help families meet their daily nutritional needs during this extremely challenging time.

£55 feeds a family of five for one month

£110 feeds a family of five for two months

£275 feeds a family of five for five months, keeping them fed through the winter

What's in a food parcel?

Each IAC-UK food parcel is packed with the essentials a family of five needs for a whole month, including rice, flour, red and yellow lentils, bulgar, vegetable oil, chickpeas, salt, tuna, tomato paste, sugar, soup, cheese triangles, tea, halawa sweet, pasta (spaghetti a vermicelli), fava beans.
