More than 60 million people in Pakistan live below the poverty line, with many families struggling to afford even the most basic food. In South Punjab, repeated floods have destroyed homes, farmland, and livelihoods, while nearly 40% of children suffer from stunted growth due to malnutrition.
In Muzaffargarh, one father lost his crops when floods swept through his village. Today, he relies on daily labour work, but when there is no work, there is no food.
