Pakistan Food Appeal

What's happening in Pakistan?

Pakistan remains one of the countries most vulnerable to climate shocks. Recurring floods, long droughts and rising living costs have left millions of families struggling to afford enough food each day.

In the poorest rural areas of Balochistan, Sindh and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, the Integrated Food Security Phase Classification (IPC) found that 7.5 million people faced crisis levels of hunger over the past winter, including more than a million in emergency conditions. With high food prices and another lean winter season approaching, many families are bracing themselves for the hardest months of the year.

How you can make a difference

A food parcel can ease the pressure on a struggling household, making sure the family has basic meals and a little less to worry about through the month.

For just £40, you can provide a food parcel that feeds a family of five for an entire month. Your gift can help a family get through the winter with food on the table.

What's in our Pakistan food parcels?

Our parcels are designed to sustain a family of five for an entire month. Each one contains essential food items, including, rice, lentils, cooking oil, sugar, salt, pasta, tomato paste, dates, tea, milk powder, chickpeas, beans, gram flour, vermicelli, biscuits, jam and cooking spices.

Help us reach 100 families

Winter is the hardest time of year for families who are already struggling. Work is scarce, prices stay high, and every meal becomes harder to provide.

We have set out to deliver 100 food parcels to families across Pakistan, bringing relief and support where it is needed most. Each parcel you give brings us closer to that goal and gives a family one less thing to fear this winter.
