Yemen Food Appeal
What is happening in Yemen?
Yemen remains one of the world's worst humanitarian crises after years of conflict, economic collapse and food shortages. In recent weeks, renewed fighting has forced more than 120,000 people from their homes, and camps for displaced families are already overstretched.
The World Food Programme estimates more than 18 million people in Yemen, roughly half the population, face acute food insecurity. That includes 2.2 million children under five who are acutely malnourished. Every day, millions of families struggle to put food on the table.
How you can make a difference
You can change what the coming month looks like for a family in Yemen. Just £50 provides a food parcel that feeds a family of five for a whole month, so parents don't have to choose which meals to skip or send their children to bed hungry.
Every parcel you give brings us closer to our goal of reaching 100 families across Yemen. Give once, give for more months, or give whatever you can. It all goes towards putting food on the table for families who have nowhere else to turn.
What's in a food parcel?
Our parcels are designed to sustain a family of five for an entire month. Each one contains essential food items, including flour, rice, sugar, vegetable oil, tomato paste, lentils, pasta and dates.
Help us reach 100 families
When a family knows where their next meal is coming from, parents can worry a little less and children can just be children again.
For just £50, you can give a family of five enough food for a whole month. Every parcel you give is one more family on the way to our goal, and one more family that won't have to face this month alone.
